Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

Any product may be returned for any reason up to 30 days from delivery date. 

If returned, all items should be unused and in brand new condition.

All Items should be packed well to avoid damages and returned in the original packaging.

The glass art should be returned within 30 days of initial delivery.

Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.

Failure to follow these conditions will result in a reduced refund.

DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS. If possible, we will replace damaged items free of charge or offer a refund.

Return of Damaged Glass Art Conditions:

To initiate a reimbursement for a damaged product, please contact mary@mmglassart.com or call 410-456-7773.    All glass art will be shipped by USP and packaged according to their standards and followed by their tracking number.  In order for a claim to be made for damaged art due to shipping and delivery,  documentation consisting of of several photographs taken on the  delivery date are required,   Please visit UPS Claim Standards for more information.
